These terms apply when you use Seventh Mind Studio and the other apps on seventhmind.in. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password private.
• One person per account. Accounts made only to collect free credits may be blocked.

Credits

• New accounts get free trial credits. We may change the trial amount for new accounts.
• Each request uses the credits shown before you confirm it. If a request fails, the credits come back automatically.
• Credits have no cash value.

What you may not make

Do not use the studio to create or upload:

• Sexual or nude content of anyone, and any content involving minors
• Images or videos of a real person without their permission, or anything meant to deceive people about what a real person said or did
• Violence, hate, harassment or threats
• Anything illegal in India, or that breaks someone else's copyright or trademark

We filter requests and may review, remove content, or block accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Photos you upload

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for what you upload.

AI-generated content

Results are made by AI and can be wrong, strange or unexpected. Label them as AI-generated when you share them, and check them before using them for anything important.

Storage

Results are kept for 7 days, then deleted. Download anything you want to keep.

Availability

The studio runs on our own GPU. It may be paused for maintenance, and requests wait in line when it is busy. We do not promise any particular speed.
